Description

Started with our weekly retention group calls at CHUY for the month of September.
In the month of August, we recorded 86 defaulters, 35 IITs, and 12 LTFUs. As of last week, we have 17 defaulters returned which is below our weekly target of 22 weekly and 1 IIT returned despite having a weekly target of 9.
In our 1-month absence, we have 31 fake clients hence they will not be returning despite tracking.
we will try to bring back the IITs and LTFU we have so as to ensure good retention is maintained despite the ongoing cleaning of the active file.

In the tracking for the week for potential IITs, as of yesterday, we have 7 who promised to return, 18 whose numbers not going through, 7 voice mails, and 6 out of town.
We will be searching through patient files as it was done yesterday for numbers not going through.

  • Tracker changed from Obj. 1: Testing/identify PLHIV to Obj. 3: Retention and VL Sup
  • % Done changed from 20 to 30

- Call center to track pending potential IITs, IITs and LTFU. the return rate is actually slow. Aps are called to intensify their efforts if not we might be falling back from our upward trend performance.
- This week from our tracking efforts, we have been able to bring bck 10 potential IITs out of 22 of our weekly target, 4 IITs from our weekly target of 9 and 1 LTFU from our weekly target of 3. This doesnt reflect a good trend. But we will be intensifying our efforts as we are left with only 2 weeks to the end of the month.
