TIDE - Cameroon - Y4

The zoom meeting started at 11am with the presentation of the agenda. First was the finance review and challenges encountered by some sites as far as finances are concern for management of site activities. This was addressed by the finance team with a way forward. Next on the agenda was retention activities and individual challenges faced by some sites were discussed and propositions given for a way forward. Rapid case finding activities results was also presented and applause was given to the sites that actually engaged the activity. sites implementing PREP activities were advised to fill in the google link for follow up. For pediatric surge, poor performing sites were called upon to share their challenges and recommendations given for way forward.
