Description
The HVL register and follow up of patients with HVL. To see if all are enrolled in EAC and proper follow up is done. The aps concern were told to always make sure HVL results are properly documented in the registers, patient files, CCM and ensured it is reported in DAMA. Also files of patients switched to second were also reviewed if a resistance test was prescribed and done.
